Return Policy

Criteria for Returns:

We accept returns for items that meet the following criteria in the following time periods:

  • The item is opened, used or unused, and is within the 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee window. Note: this follows a different process. instructions can be found here.
  • The item is unopened and is within 90 days of purchase.
  • If the product ordered is not the product received, was defective, was tampered with, or is missing pieces in perpetuity.

Processing Time:

Refunds will be given within 24 hours of the refund request or on the next business day in the event of holiday or weekend.

  • Order number
  • Item(s) being returned
  • Reason for return
  • Phone number
  • Email address

Our customer service team will respond to your email within 24 hours with further instructions on how to proceed with the return process.

Shipping Costs:

Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the returned item back to us unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, damaged item).
